We have been fans of Virginia Diner for as long as I can remember, from living in the area to now mail order to deep South Texas. My wife is a Mexican national living here as a military family for over 30 years and I had never considered ordering the Street Taco Peanuts for her until recently. She eats just about any and all treats by adding lime to them and has taken a real liking to them. She eats a portion most days and swears by their good taste and freshness.

I wrote a review on these peanuts earlier last year I believe but wanted to write again because I went to order some more and they were out of them but took my email and sure enough when they got them back in they sent me a email and I ordered me some up. I really like these nuts because they actually taste like a taco. As crazy as it sounds they really do. By far my favorite nut Virginia Diner carries and you cant beat the service you get!

My son is a big Taco fan so I got him a can of these and thought I would get one for myself to try. Upon opening them I noticed that they were not seasoned alot and after tasting them was a little disappointed then I thought "I wonder if I should put the top back on and shake them up" Well now that made a big difference. Upon opening them after shaking them there was all kinds of spices all over these peanuts. I guess in shipping all that goodness settles. So after tasting them this time I was surprised. They actually taste like Tacos. The flavor doesn't over power the taste of the nut itself and they are not hot. Just Taco Spicy. I actually had them with Margaritas and found them to be quite delicious paired together. I think my son is going to like these as much as I do.

These are incredible. It's probably a good thing that I only ordered the 8oz tin as I don't think I could be trusted with a bigger size. The hint of lime on top of the taco flavoring is just right and they're just one of the most delicious things ever!

Who needs tacos when you have nuts like these

The flavor wizards got it perfect when they blended the seasoning for these nuts.
They captured the distinct flavors of great Carne' Asada & Al Pastor tacos and married them together. Nothing over powering just subtle flavors and aromas.
These are a perfect foil to an ice cold cerveza!
