Thai Peanut Chicken Instant Pot

Ingredients: 2 tablespoon sesame oil 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs 2/3 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup peanut butter 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos 2 tablespoon fresh lime juice 1 1/2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce 2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger 1 teaspoon garlic powder  Sea salt and black pepper to taste 2 tablespoon honey Directions: Add sesame oil to Instant Pot and set the Saute setting to high. Ingredients: 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoon cider vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 5 cup broccoli florets 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup Virginia Diner Honey Roasted Peanuts 2-3 slices, cooked crisp and crumbled Virginia Diner Smoked Bacon 1/2 cup chopped red onions Directions: In a small bowl combine sugar, vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir until sugar dissolves. Whisk in mayonnaise. Chill for 1-2 hours. In a large bowl combine broccoli, raisins, Virginia Diner Honey Roasted Peanuts, onions, and Virginia Diner Smoked Bacon.
