pinch sea salt
3/4 cup coconut oil
1 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
1 1/2 cup Salted Virginia Peanuts
Directions:
Roast Virginia Diner Salted Virginia Peanuts at 350°F for 10 mins + cool down.
Grind Virginia Diner Salted Virginia Peanuts until fine in a food processor.
Add all ingredients and mix well.
Add oil to form the dough.
Form cookies, then add a Virginia Diner Salted Virginia Peanut on each.
Bake at 20 mins until golden brown.
