Shipping & Handling

Chocolates – We ship chocolates all year and recommend adding "Cool Ship Cold Pack" - Item 0624 at $9 to any chocolate orders placed between April 2 and October 15. Virginia Diner is not liable for melted product if "Cool Ship Cold Pack" is not added to the order during this time period. Orders may be delayed in extreme heat.

Address confirmation – Please confirm shipping addresses before ordering. Incorrect addresses cause returns or delays.

Substitutions – We occasionally find it necessary to substitute similar items of equal or greater value.

Transit times – Please see shipping table and map below. All items are shipped from Wakefield, VA 23888. Need your order faster? Select Premium Ground or Expedited. During the holidays, please order in advance and allow 203 days for order processing.

PO Box and non-continental US addresses - For delivery to Post Office Box addresses and non-continental U.S. addresses, packages must be sent by the U.S. Mail and may take longer to arrive. 

Canadian addresses - If any duties or taxes are due, they must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Multiple case shipping - We reserve the right to charge more than the chart below when multiple cases ship to one location. The shipping charge on your order confirmation may be different in these unique circumstances. If shipping charges differ from your confirmation, a Virginia Diner representative will contact you for approval before your order is shipped.
