Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- pinch sea salt
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 1/2 cup Salted Virginia Peanuts
Directions:
Roast Virginia Diner Salted Virginia Peanuts at 350°F for 10 mins + cool down.
- Grind Virginia Diner Salted Virginia Peanuts until fine in a food processor.
- Add all ingredients and mix well.
- Add oil to form the dough.
- Form cookies, then add a Virginia Diner Salted Virginia Peanut on each.
- Bake at 20 mins until golden brown.
