There are two things that I enjoy above all others--chocolate and peanuts. There can be nothing to top Virginia Diner peanuts and chocolate melded together. A perfect Christmas treat and a good enough treat for just about any other time, too.

Yummy product, poor service

This year I am very disappointed in the customer service. I love the products and ordered 4 Christmas gifts December 5th to be shipped right away, 3 to me and 1 to another address. I left on December 21st for my holiday trip (minus gifts!) and the other package was delivered Dec.26th! I just got home and retrieved the 3 gifts delivered while I was gone and now have to mail them to the people I ordered them for. Tried calling customer service and discovered that VADiner doesn't stay open to accept calls. Totally unacceptable.

I SENT SEVERAL GIFTS THIS YEAR FOR CHRISTMAS AND THEY WERE ALL RECEIVED ON TIME AND IN NICE PACKAGING. I EVEN HAD TO CHANGE AN ADDRESS AT THE LAST MINUTE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING FRIENDLY AND TOOK CARE OF MY ISSUE WITH KINDNESS. GREAT EXPERIENCE. ps.. I LIVE ABOUT 30 MINS FROM THE DINER AND STOP IN ABOUT TWICE A YEAR FOR SOME GREAT FOOD.

My Only Regret

Best Peanuts on the Planet

My father grew up in the peanut capital of the world, Suffolk, VA. He introduced me to the Va Diner in the 60s and I love the peanuts today as much as I did as a young boy. Great service as well!

Bit unhappy

Have ordered from VA Diner before with no problem. This year however is different. I ordered Dec 7 for Christmas delivery to Nebraska. My tracking info from Dec 14th said label created, called Dec 18th and told a delay in shipment due to holiday wrap for 1 item. I was NEVER informed of problem. Now, delivery is expected Dec 26th. Very disappointed! Last tracking update was given Dec 20th, however payment was made Dec 8th!! Please inform customers of delay in Christmas shipments in future.
