The ordering page and process was fine and the shipping must have been great, since I sent the item to Florida....and it got there prior to Christmas. I have never had a problem with orders from Virginia Diner...other than some of your popular products were out-of-stock (that's a goad thing for business.) My selection in lieu of, this year, was received and well-appreciated by the recipient. Thank you on his behalf.
