For years I've been trying to recreate that place that you "HOP" into for pancakes and just can't couldn't get it right. But that's now ok, because I've found Virginia Diner pancake mix. This makes the best pancakes I've ever made. Better than any mix. Better than from scratch! A tip: if your family loves pancakes like mine do, make a double batch to start with. The recipe on the back didn't do anything but get them riled up while waiting on the second batch!

Have stopped making my own pancake mix from scratch. Va Diner mix makes better, fluffier pancakes...and so little fuss.
