We made pancakes from the mix. They were Yummy....really light and fluffy. Had blueberries on the side...Everyone loved them. There is enough in package for at least 2, maybe 3 batches......definitely making them again before my daughter goes back to college :) !!

The BEST ever!

For years I've been trying to recreate that place that you "HOP" into for pancakes and just can't couldn't get it right. But that's now ok, because I've found Virginia Diner pancake mix. This makes the best pancakes I've ever made. Better than any mix. Better than from scratch! A tip: if your family loves pancakes like mine do, make a double batch to start with. The recipe on the back didn't do anything but get them riled up while waiting on the second batch!

Better than home made

Have stopped making my own pancake mix from scratch. Va Diner mix makes better, fluffier pancakes...and so little fuss.
